Since California doesn't maintain it's forest properly letting the over growth take over its really their fault these fires start and burn out of control. Maybe if they put the power lines in the ground once, they would not need to keep on putting them up again every time the wind picks up. But Nope. Far better to turn the power off, then everyone effected will light torches and the grill and a nice fire to keep the chill off.
